Regarding bribe how to raise complaint against govt officer

I paid bribe for getting job in RRB. But now that officer is playing with us not returning money also. So I want raise complaint against him. We're I have to go....
You can make a Complaint to lokayukta in a prescribed form. Or you can make a complaint directly to Judge under s. 200 of CrPC PCR for taking cognizance of the matter. In order get a conviction under Prevention of Corruption Act it is very important to prove the demand and payment of illicit money.
