I bought a live class course package for engineering services preparation from coaching Made Easy. Classes were running well until a day before yesterday when a faculty of Environmental Engineering Mr Sagar Dodeja took revengeful action against my studies. Actually during the live class, i was having problem with a topic so I asked him in the chat box to re explain that topic, but he ignored this is what he frequently does. So i wrote him in polite way addressing his not considering my doubts always and expressed my concerns to him. He got his attention to it, and reacted very hyper manner like i hurt his ego or something like that. hello, educational institutions are covered under consumer protection Act, in your case you should have a legal notice served upon the institute demanding your money back or resume your course, if they still dont do so thereafter, you should file a consumer case against the institute where such course you opted for study.

Expelling a student for asking a question in class is preposterous. 1. send them legal notice to reinstate you in online class. 2. If they do not file a case in court for recovery of fee and damages. 3. You may also file complaint with the nearest police station. 4. If police does not take action, file complaint in court of magistrate.

Hi, The rights and remedies available to you in this regard are heavily dependent on the terms of use of the online coaching service. However, if your access was blocked without giving you an opportunity to defend yourself and without a proper inquiry (all of which should ideally be provided for in the terms of use) then you may have an actionable claim. However, it is imperative to note the entirety of the facts and contractual terms before giving proper advise. Please feel free to call me for a consultation and assistance if needed.
