Regarding bail bond surety clarification for FD

14-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail application is allowed. The petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (One lakh) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Illaqa/Duty Magistrate. Does this mean a bail bond of 50K and on surety or just one surety like FD for 50K will do?

Only one surety of 50k will do as the person who has been granted bail have to give it...it can be in shape of FDR/Surety on Vehicle/Registry as per ur comfort...Also attach Aadhar of person giving surety...thanks for contacting LawRatoPartner.

hello in this case where the bail is granted on furnishing bail bonds of 50k with one surety you need a surety with FD of 50k or any other surety like vehicle RC for 50k along with a identifier/witness for surety
