Regarding action been not taken on FIR of physical assault on my mothe

My mother has been physically assaulted and insulted by vulgar language just for indulging in agriculture works of our farm as my uncles wants our farm since it has not been registered but it has been divided properly we've filed an FIR 3 days before no actions have been taken our family has also been threatened to death if we enter to work in our farm I really need some guidance now
Firstly confirm the offences invoked bailable or non bailable and ask for the FIR number in police station , after registering a FIR police will start investigation issuing notice to accused and following other arrest procedures and for non cognizanle offence permission of the magistrate is necessary to register a case so collect necessary information and approach the advocate , they guide you looking into documents and analyzing situations, if fir not registered approach higher authorities.
