Whether legal or illegal such orders will be passed and it is the wisdom of the BOSS being misused. The only avenue open is to challange the same in TRIBUNAL OR THE COURT. No need to become panic but you can get justice provided you have luck because courts says YOURS IS A DISCIPLINED FORCE and Courts cannot interfere.
