Recovery of my.two cars with rent.

I gave my two cars for rent to a transport company.. After paying one month of rent the company vanished without any trace. They've switched off their phone numbers. How to get back my cars with full payment?

There are two ways:
1. Lodge a complaint before the jurisdictional police and further proceed to file a private complaint in case if FIR is not registered for recovery.
2. If the company is solvent, then a suit for recovery of possession of vehicle by way of an injunction suit with damages could be instituted.
