Received Police Notice wife has complaint ,
09-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Police has sent Notice as my wife has lodged complaint against me and family members 494a,504,506 and has asked to come for Enquiry.
Before going to enquiry it is must to take bail as the police may arrest you and confine in you jail. I believe its 498a case. And bail will be granted easily. You can contact me for further details.

it is better you file for anticipatory bail there are chances that when you go to police station for enquiry the police may arrest you, so better get anticipatory bail so that there is no risk of arrest then attend the police station.

before going to station please verify whether F.I.R is registered or not if registered take anticipatory Bail from the court then appear before the Police.
otherwise Police will arrset you and send you to Judicial Custody
