Received bail can District court start a case against me
26-May-2023 (In Criminal Law)
a case has been filed against me u/s 3&7(18) for which i already have got bail in sessions court.now i heard some people tat one more case s being processed against us in DC court by DC himself for imprisonment of 2months to us....can it happen? if so wat should i do now
