Person died on 13/03/2013 in Bokaro General Hospital. He was in service period , why not Compassion given to the family by SAIL . Is reason suspicious. PIL can be filed at Daman (Union Territorry)for set up enquiry

You have to file a Writ before the High Court of Jharkhand, Ranchi for compassionate appointment for his near relation. But since he expired on 2013, till date why writ was not filed. what is the reason for delay.
