Plea is heared by cout now the time of evidence issued summons to witness but from last 4 hearing. No witness had come in cout what should i do for next.

If no witness is coming, you can request the court to book a case against them too for not honouring the Court's Summon. Whether the Witnesses give their testimony in your favor or not, that's a different issue, but at least, they should honour the Court's Summons. Even, Law grants adequate compensation to Witnesses who by investing their precious time come to court, thereby, no loss, the Witnesses have to suffer in their personal as well as professional lives because of the testimony which they have to give in court. Those dishonouring Court's Summons, an offence for Contempt of Court can be filed against them.
