Hello sir /madam,i want to know that if in a rape case if victim is died by natural death after prosecuting case ,and before case is over,than what the status if that case,how it will be continue ,,plz give answer
it makes no difference if she has died after completing the case for prosecutive and the judgement is yet to come by your language it appears that she has died after prosecuting case as stated by you it means that the case has almost covered its path then ine no situation it is going to help the accused still I would request you to clarify facts come clean and clear so that proper and sir can be given it is a good and interesting question

The case will continue as its the state that is prosecuting you not the victim. As per criminal law complainant is only the informant of crime and its the state that takes action against the accused for disturbing the peace and breaking the law of the country.
