Rape of a minor girl 3 years ago.

A 15 year old minor was intoxicated and raped by 2 men 3 years ago. Victim has all details of one of the men and also the car in which she was taken. Is it possible to get the men behind bars without involving the girl's parents.

it depends on the facts of the case and the reason why the victim is contemplating filing of this case so belatedly. as a general rule, delay in filing a formal complaint can be fatal to the case. but however, this general rule cannot apply to all situations.

Girl is a minor and under guardianship of their parents. allegations are very grave and serious in nature. immediately take her parents in confidence and narrate the entire incident to them. this would help minor to heal up her physical and psyche injuries and prevent her from further exposure to these criminals besides bringing them to justice. Go to police immediately.
