Rape case on pretext of marriage

I met my boyfriend in a spa. He proposed me and asked me to marry him. He said his parents are not able to find any girl for him as he is bald. He promised that he would talk to his parents within 2 months. He had physical relationships with me. Went to native saying that his father needs heart operation and got married there. Now I have complaint about him in police station. What are my chances to win the case

In this case, the Court held that it is important to note the facts and circumstances of each and every case before pronouncing any judgment. In issues related to rape by misconception, no set rule of law or test can be identified as such cases are highly dynamic and hence must be decided on the basis of the merits of the case. It was strongly ruled by the Court in this case that a woman who is in love with a man and has sexual intercourse with him with her free consent and if a man due to reasonable circumstances is unable to marry the woman, such a man cannot be convicted for the offence of rape. complaint I will prosecute by the government will take over your case I want to go any other place your case and case detail definitely once Fir r, registered your case police will investigate and file charge sheet against that person the police will follow up the case take care of the case by the government
