Rape Case Launched On My Brother..

My brother had a relationship with a married women and the girl launched rape case after 2 yers relationship.. and after that the girl realised and give pition to the court that she do not want to continue the case... my brother got bail basis on this petetion.. it is 1 and half years going on .. the charge sheet given by io.. but i did not charged the case yet.. what should i do .. and how can i omit the case.. plz provide me soluation

There are two ways in which this can be sorted either go for quashing or go for FRT, and ask the lady to co-operate and finish it at the earliest without much hassle. You need a competent lawyer to handle this and take you out of this problem

Dear Client, As per the details provided by you my legal suggestion would be that there are certain cases which can be compounded ( withdrawn ) by the consent of the complainant but your case does not falls in that category ,the only options left in your case is that the complainant has to give evidences during trial in your brother's favour making the case of the prosecution case weak and eventually the case of the prosecution fails and your brother will be out of this.
