Rape Case I Want To Escape From This

Iam accused 376. Victim gave the rape date to the police 2019. If i provide the love chat after that rape date will help save me from this case?

Hi You will need to build a defence. Providing chats won’t solve the case. However while the matter is under investigation you should give your statements supported with such proofs to the police and then move a 482 to get the FIR quashed after filing of CS.

firstly you have not giving your hole case detail without full case detail we should not help you I need your FIR you are in bail or in jail I have better knowledge about your case this suggestion is given by advocate Amarjeet Kumar
