Rape Case How Can Close The Case

Sir. One of my brother had a relation ship with a married womnen.. but she loged rape case on him and after that she give pition that she do not want to continue the case any more and my brother got bail.. charge sheet given by IO. What can i do now... how we close the case
you can either close the case by talking with the respected police officers, moreso there are 2 ways, either by quashing of such proceedings or by evidence over trial, you need to act diligently so as to remove the black mark from your relatives part so that he can lead a normal life again
