Can I take rape complaint back after apology of the guy?
Yes. you need to give a supplimentary statement before police that earlier allegations were under misconception or misguidance of some or under extreme fit of rage. otherwise, rape case is not compoundable and cannot be withdrawn by mutual compromise.

criminal case if an FIR gets registered then it is not possible to take that FIR back . the only way left is that you give statement in court in the favour of that person . however it is also to be kept in mind that if you give statement in favour of that person then Public Prosecutor can initiate a complaint against you . so to prevent yourself to be in trouble it is better you engage a good lawyer so that he can help you out .
