Ref:- FIR registerd under section :- 376,452,323,506,509,427,354,354an and my boyfrnd ,we are in relationship for 3 years,and we both seperated with our life partners,mera mere husband k sath 5 years se dv and 125 crpc ka case chal rha h but mera bf ka uski wife k sath koi case ni chal rha tha.but mei jab 3 years pehle relationship me aayi to mere bf ne jhuth bola ki mera meri wife k sath court me case chal rha h or 6 month me divorce ho jaega.then is jhuth k sath meine apna consent diya to kya ye rape mana jaega? Second thing jab iski ye sachai pata chali to mera bf jabaradasti mere ghr me ghuskar mere sath jabardasti ki or muje trespaas krke muje kafi maara , mobile ,laptop sab tod diya joki mlc me injury aayi h ,to kya ye rape mana jaega ?

As per law if two major persons enter into a sex then it does not amount to rape but the later act as stated by you when your boy friend forcibly enter into your house and had forcible had sex with you then such act which was committted by your bf amount to rape.

Yes…this will be classified as rape which is punishable under section 376 IPC. And if you have got all the MLC and the documents then he will be behind bars. No doubt about it. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

You have already initiated thei FIR under the relevant sections..now it is the matter of trial that whether it will come under rape category or not …you will get an advocate from the state it self free of cost, however in case you want further support u can even hire private counsel to assist you during the trail … thank you
