Rape accused wants to compromise what to do

Mere saath shadi ka wada kar physical relation banaye the , aadmi sarkari naukri karta hai, baad me pata chala ki wo shadi shuda hai , uski wajah se meri ghar office me badnami hui.Jiske baad maine uski FIR kara di 376 me . abhi wo case wapas lene ke liye bol raha hai aur compromise ke liye bol raha hai . Mai compromise nahi chahti kya aisa ho sakta hai ki wo apni patni ki tarah alag makaan lekar mujhe rakhe aur is baat ka likhit me agreement bhi kar ke de ki wo aagey se aisey dhokha dhadi nahi karega. nMai sirf uski baato me aakar us par bharosa nahi kar sakti.Kindly help me. wo likhit agreement karne se mana kar raha hai . likhit agreement kis prakar se ho sakta hai jo wo dubara aisa naa karey . mujhe is situation me uske saath rehne ka apni dekhbhaal ka bharosa kaise milega , meri zindgi barbaad ho chuki hai , mere gharwalo ne bhi mujhse rishte tod liye hai. plz help me ?

This kind of agreement will be void and bring Hindu he can’t even marry u until he gives divorce to current wife ..! Though live in relationship is not an offence but there is no warranty of this type of relation ! Even 376 fir is not easy to get quash from high court .. b in touch

Agar aapne 376 ka case kar diya hai toh woh toh chalega hi. Aur usko bola ki compromise karungi toh bas aise hi karungi ki mujhe ek alag se makaan do aur ek simple saa agreement bhi hona chahiye jisme aap likh sakho apni saari terms and conditions. Jyada janakari ke liye mujhe contact kare.

Rape is a very serious offence and such offences cannot be compromise nor on the basis of any mutual agreement such crime can be pardoned. so any written agreement or compromise would not serve any purpose nor the same would be of any help.

generally Rape Cases and heinous Crimes can not be compromised as it is against society and state is the party though in exceptional situations, it may be accepted by Hon'ble HC when the victim is to be benefited and her life will be enlightened. the mercy can not be granted to Accused, it is confined with the well being of victim.
