On complaint of my neighbour police filed a FIR against a man. And she put my name as eyewitness without my consent in Chargesheet & IO wrote my false statement in Chargesheet without my consent & my presence to help complainant illegally. Now what actions I can take against the IO & complainant??
You must write an application in this regard to the DCP of the area in this regard and keep a record of the same and wait for the day when your PW statement would be recorded. Alternatively you can contact the accused and together with him file an FIR for malicious prosecution against both of them and if you are the sole independent witness in the neighbour's case , your FIR will certainly sail through successfully.
