Question regarding benefits for a heart patient in criminal cases

A criminal chargesheet is filed against me in District court. But I'm a heart patient and I had 2 heart operations. So my question is how can I file my hospital documents in the court and what's the procedure for it. And what benefits I can get because of heart operations record and my health.

You can submit your documents through your counsel on the date when you receive the summons to appear before the court. And thereafter you can skip physical court proceedings and attend it through VC.

Sir, the benefits will depend on the chargesheet that has been filed against you. You can use your medical records in WS and there upon those will be put on record by the court. Some benefits you can get are exemption from appearance, sympathy from court etc. It's advisable to contact me and provide more information to assist you better.

Move an application under relevant provisions along with bail/revision/miscellaneous application before the concerned court. You may request for grant of exemption from physical appearance on grounds of your health. The court might show some leniency towards you. Also, the same medical documents can be filed through an affidavit and application during the course of bail or interim relief hearing. May contact us for further assistance in this regard.

You can submit your medical documents by filing an application before the court where your case is pending, attaching certified copies of your hospital records and surgeries.
