it is a non compoundable offence. Also, the victim is dead and his/her parents can't generally get FIR of such nature quashed. It is not entirely impossible but it all depends on the facts and circumstances of a specific case . The broad contours of such a case can't help a lawyer in giving a proper guidance. you must know that it isn't generally done.
