MERA ISS RECORD KE ALAWA KOI AUR RECORD NAI HAI. CISF KI COMMETTE NE PICHALE 7 MONTH SE KOI DECISION NAHI DIYA HAI MERE JOINING KE BAREME. KYA MAI STATE OF MAHARASTRA KO RESPONDANT BANAKAR MERA DISQUALIFICAN NA HO ISS LIYE QUASHING OF PROSECUTION/FIR WRIT KAR SAKTA HU??
Dear Sir, if there are merits in your case fit for quashing the FIR/Complaint, then definitely HC can quash the proceedings. However, the contents of the FIR/ Complaint will have to be looked in.
