if filing the charge sheet under non bailable offence its possible to to WITHDRAW the CHARGE SHEET or any other option as per law

There is nothing like withdrawing of charge sheet. If the accuse wishes he may file a petition before high court for quashing of FIR and charge sheet on certain grounds. If ingredients of offence is not made out then high court may quash it.

Yes, you can get a FIR quashed even after the filing of the Chargesheet even if FIR contains Non Bailable Sections imposed against you. Quashing of FIR can be done by the High Court under Sec 482 of the CRPC, 1973.
