Quashing of Conviction Order POCSO Act,

Accused under convicted under Pocso Act improvement of 2 years, after marriage of victim with consent of family members, it can be quashed under 482 of Cr. P. C. By HC.?

hi if the accused is convicted under the POSCO act then you could file appeal if he is still in jail then you could file bail application pending appeal in appellate court and could file quash if she is ready to withdraw the case
