Quashing of charge sheet and dishcharge

A girl whose age is 22 file false rape case against me and 3 others under section 376D. nIn investigation police found that earlier she filed rape case against his father and her servant also and both take plea that is patient of schizophrenia. Police found that she used to attained hotel with boys. There is nothing in medical examination and she also called me on the incident day 2 3 times and also after the incident. All these things are mentioned in case diary. My discharge petition dismissed by sessions court can I go hc for discharge

yes sure you can go to the high court on the said grounds court might consider your points and grant relief to you as well... medical report would have been the major factor in your favour in this case
