Quashing a FIR filed regarding road accident

A friend of mine has been filed wrongly in a FIR with allegation of overspeed and negligence in a road accident. There are 4 vehicles involved in the accident. There were just minor injuries which is also stated in FIR. What are the possible objections for quashing this FIR.

Without seeing the contents of quashing petition one cannot assume what will be the possible objections. Leniency will be shown in quashing FIR as it may result in multiple difficulties to the Petitioners in the said quashing petition.
