Quashing 498a Chargesheet In Mutual Settlement

Sir i am in a great dillema and unable to sleep thinking about it.
I am having 498a 406 34 running on me. If i do mutual settlement and quash the CS in HC. Will it be a compromise acquital? If so then what effect will it have on my govt job. I am also preparing for higher services. If selected, i have to fill attestation form. What should i write in
Have you ever been prosecuted?
Have you ever been bound down?
I have been given 41a notice. No bail has been applied by me.
Please guide sir. Whether there is risk in settlement for future govt job applications keeping in recent court judgements on compromise acquital?

First of all compromise acquittal means acquittal and is not different from other kind of acquittal. Such acquittal will not lead you in any problem and you may continue with your govt job. only if a chargesheet is filed against you then you may state that you were prosecuted but if acquitted after the chargesheet you may also state that you were acquitted. if chargesheet is not filed against you , you state that you were never prosecuted. the recent cases on compromise pertains to rape cases and not 498a cases. eventhough there is some degree of risk involved as all the case depend on the discretion of judge, but in most of the cases they allow quashing

once FIR gets quashed there will be nothing on you.
there will be no risk regardig your job.
because quashing itself means that whatever the case was and now it is over.
apart from this matrimonial disputes quashed FIR
has nothig to do with your future job prospects.
