12-Mar-2025 (In Criminal Law)
I had taken admission in a university by a institution and enrolled in BCD now BCD found my law degree is fake and FIR loge against me on 2020 under section 471,468 and 420... and 2025 police give me Bond Down and chargesheet will be submitted soon. Is those FIRs can be quash in high court if yes how many chances ?

For quashing your FIR you need to approach the High Court of Delhi only. You need to annex the true typed and also true translated copy of all the documents of the chargesheet. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Quashing of FIR can be proceeded with only on merits of the case. If you have material to prove the merits then we have chances to get it quashed from the Hon’ble High court. For further clarification feel free to contact. Thanks

Assuming that your law degree was conferred by a legitimate institute or university, and you have sufficient evidence to demonstrate that your enrollment and subsequent actions were bona fide, the likelihood of the High Court quashing the FIR is high. I would also recommend filing a complaint against the institute or university with both the BCD and the police. If the above assumption is inaccurate, please approach us with all your documents for a more detailed assessment.

It has to be seen as to how much of your involvement in the alleged offence can be made out. if it can be seen that your involvement in the alleged offence was not active and that you had no role, quashing petition can be considered.
