Quash FIR 482 crpc ? My wife had file case 498a/323 .

My wife had filed a 498a and 323 FIR, My wife alleged that my spouse threw kerosene and set her on fire and warmed of my arms and head. Medical report was absolutely normal by the doctor. A video was created by me that my wife is perfectly safe in the video recording. Can I be relieved to cancel the FIR through the video proof 482?
hi, as you revealed that medical report is safe and normal and you have video recording then perfect chance to succeed under section 482 CRPC. HOWEVER AM NOT CLEAR THAT ARE YOU GOING FOR QUASHING THE FIR OR WHAT REMEDY YOU ARE GOING TO AVAIL UNDER 482 CRPC. HOPE YOU KNOW IT WELL.
