Quash a False FIR because of which my car is blacklisted

Somebody has registered an FIR u/s 379 on 07/07/2017 against my car/me (i dont know) which i came to know yesterday when i was filing for some alterations on eParivahan portal because my car was showing blacklisted. How to remove my car from blacklist now?
section 379 of Indian penal code:
Punishment for theft.—Whoever commits theft shall be punÂished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to three years, or with fine, or with both. If an FIR has been registered u/s 379, a quashing petition can be filed under Section 482 before the Hon'ble High Court for quashing the frivolous FIR.
