PSU COMPANY HPCL DID 420 AND TERMINATED ME

30-Nov-2024 (In Criminal Law)
While working at Haldwani , UK & ARA, Bihar HPCL officers harassed me because I worked against corruption. They did defraud and cheating with me they claimed some shortage of diesel & got booked through debit note from the transporter. But in the same matter they terminated me by saying that I have reported this shortage in tank trucks and wrongly claimed by me. They are hiding that investigation report and also not providing under RTI. I don't want to appeal for my reinstatement because HPCL has lot of money they are obstructing my legal remedies. I think that their act is criminal and not civil. I want to teach them a lesson please suggest what can be my jurisdiction , I am presently in Delhi as I am native of Delhi. Please advise which type of case to be filed.

You can always draft a complaint and address it to the police station according to your jurisdiction and insist the police officials to register a FIR against the culprits because without FIR police will also not be able to help you out. And they can be booked for cheating. For more legal assistance I am here.

As you mentioned that you have been harassed by your employees, and you had to leave your job because of that harassment and you want to take legal action against them, then you need to jurisdictional remedy against them in order to have relief.

Respected sir! To be honest, unless and until you hold any concrete proof of them hiding that investigation report. As far as, you not claiming your reinstatement, thinking that the matter is of criminal rather than criminal, would be an understatement. Think of a situation, where you get reinstated and you, fighting for your criminal cause, while remaining inside the company would be more effective than remaining outside and struggling to get requisite information from the department. I would strongly suggest, you prove your innocence first then go after them and procure your evidence meanwhile you do so.
