i have filed a criminal case against my neighbour for wrongfully entering in my house and beating my family under IPC sec.451,452,427,324,323,504,506,34.in Taluka Court. Case filing 9/6/2017.Case admitted on 5/9/2018.. The mattar is as it is for last 3&1/2 years. Being senior citizen, 68, what r the provisions under Senior Citizen Act for speedy trial of the case,/ matter ? and What is rcc full form in court?
