Property related dispute and false case and threatening

23-Dec-2023 (In Criminal Law)
our parental house is a trust property. My grandfather has two sons and 3 daughters. My father is the elder one and my so called uncle being the younger one. My uncle always wanted the front portion of the property,he used to torture my grandparents for the same. My father always tried to defend. Previously my father got beaten and assaulted by some goons hired by my uncle for which we filed an FIR and police filed a case against him which is still running. In 2011,My uncle filed a false case of robbery against my parents which got dismissed eventually after some time. Recently, We both came to a solution of promoting our house by applying jointly to court to break the trusty, but all of a sudden my uncle changed mind and got furious and lashed at us,used slang language and threatened us that he will ruin my life. I being a student,is very much afraid that i will lose my job in future due to this police case and moreover there is no solution for this property issue. what to do now????

Firstly ask your parents to lodge a case under 144(2) crpc for maintaining peace and tranquility and then file a civil suit and obtain injunction or all elders, if your grandparents are with you file a domeatic violence case by your grand parents it will work wonders, your grandparents upon a court order can throw out of all property and shares.
