Property Case Filled By One Son

1.Husband purchased a property in wife name in the year 1990 from his own sources of income. Later at 2004 wife expired. And got the property transfered to his name by producing death certificate of wife. And got khata transferreed to his name. And further father executed gift deed in the name of childrens. Except one child. Now that one child has filled criminal case . Will this leads to any issues??? He has filled 420 , 120B and other. Property registered like this will leads to any problem.

Dear Sir, Since Gift Deed was executed except one child. This aggrieved child cannot say it as cheating etc and FIR can be quashed if the Accused persons approach the High Court. It is civil nature of dispute as such there is no such seriousness in the case.
