Hello sir I am an enggineer . There is one boy who is also an enggineer . We r in relationship from last 4 years. From last year we r physicaly in relationship. Some times he bit me . He tell me that he will marry me and family also ready for that. But last month i found that he cheated on me . When i went to his house his father uses abusive langauge about my caste as i am belongs to sc and he is belong to open categeri. That time he leaves the house with me bt after that he bit me and use abusive language regading my caste. Next day he came we will decide to getting married he use my mobile delete all the massages and gone told me that he will come tomm. Till date he didnt came . His family refuse that he is with them.Shall i resister FIR section 376 ? Is anticepetri bail is possible ? Is there any option for got a justice ? Is sucide is the only option ?

Now you have case for 376 against the said person you can if he has induced relation ship for first time with promise of marriage it rape,but how did you allow him for 4 years even husband get fed up if wife ,he was bound to .so nothing new as all love ends on bed,only if you would have restricted him from being physical love would have survived. Love means interest there is nothing called love
Satifying biological need is now a days termed as love which evaporates like iodine.only to settle at some other place.
You have been cheated .go ahead and get him behind the bars do that he feel the heat of love and will not spoil another girl if your character has been tarnished then let him be dipped in gutter to have the fruits of tarnishing a girl character.Ravan and Pandav fought for protecting the character of Suparnakha and dropadi so let there be a Dharma yudh as he has abuse you caste.

You need to register an FIR for 376 but also an offence under SCand ST prevention of atrocities act. Here you will need to write details of incidence of physical relationship and abuses given to you on your cast. If the 376 is coupled with Atrocities then it shall create a huge problem for the person involved while seeking anticipatory bail. Perhaps he may not even get the bail and suicide is no option in any case . You can definitely get a relief by lodging complaint like aforementioned.
