process to get justice in a sexual abuse incident

Being a male employee, I was raped and beaten in Income Tax office by some people on 20.03.2020. Now how can I get justice?

You need to register a FIR against the culprits. Since it’s being about 2 years since the incident the FIR will be issued by the magistrate in the court. For that you need to file a complaint against them under 156(3). After that they will be in jail. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

hello client as i can see your issue is really very serious offence in this matter we need to move to honoble high court directly . so tht we are able to get the culprits penalised for the crime they havw done with you whuch is really shamefull
