Process to get a NRE Passport Cancelled/Revoked

In a criminal case if the person is issued NBW for deliberately avoiding court summons and refusing to appear in court. How to get orders from Court to revoke/cancel the passport and ask the High Commission in Kuwait to ensure she was deported to India?
