Process for reinvestigation of a pocso case

Dear Sir, what are the process for appealing reinvestigation from victim side before charge sheet submission of pocso case.
Also, I would like to know, whether it's possible for reinvestigation after the submission of charge sheet.
If the chargesheet is submitted then why you require reinvestigation is not clear to me. If you want reinvestigation then you have to file a petition before the special Court for further reinvestigation if the Court is not satisfied and the prayer is requested then you have to file revision before High Court
