Procedure To Withdraw 376,3/4 Pocso Case

Can we withdraw pocso case in which victim has given statement in accused favour besides this FSL and medical is negative.Accused is on absolute bail from last 2 months.kindly suggest me can I withdraw this case with the help of honourable highcourt

Yes we can go for quashment in High court and we can change the statement in posco court also and if the parties have entered in mutual compromise they can do so but high court u can move and say that the victim has taken compensation and doesn’t continue the whole case
