Procedure to take out mother from old age home

My Elder Brother & 3 sisters send my mother to old age home 7 yrs back. brote home.her has been paying the old ag without my knowledge, as mother lost both eyes &partially bed ridden as i lost my job in the yr 2014, i joined with-my mother , paying my monthly bill, & helping all activates of mother(bathing, Changing the cloths as staff was not supporting) now last moth they removed i has to be near my mother in her last days pl. help at the earlist.
Sir you are one of the best sons in this world hats off to you there is no procedure you just have to give them a letter that you are her son and now you want to take your mother back home and show your ID proof

Approach the old age home along with your proofs and your mother proofs. To establish that she is your mother. If any dues to home clear it. If required you need to give affidavit. Or follow home instructions. If they are not send her along then you can approach local police station. But, how come you are not aware that your mother is at old age home.
