Procedure to take bail from court for criminal charges framed

my client with his 2 sons is charged under sec 302,sec 323,504,506,34 of ipc and arm act sec.27 ,now chargesheet was filed,what we can do for granting bail or on which grounds we demand bail.plz if possible mention any case law.

hello dear, as per all the section some were you client should get the bail but due to the section of 302 which is not bailable offence he cant get the bail, let go for petition in the court after that only you can. for further query contact me.
