Procedure to take action against an advocate with evidence

One Criminal Advocate is planing to eliminate the brothers to get total property. Audio of 37 minutes is with me.Complained in PS on dt:07.08.2015 till now no action has been taken. What I had to take next step.Hindu un divided family.

if police have not taken action on your complaint, you can always file a complaint under Section200 Cr.P.C to the Judge and ask the judge to take cognizance of the offence.
If you are afraid to approach the court (as the other side is an advocate) you can always complain to the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh about the conspiracy of advocate and the bar council of andhra pradesh will take up the matter to debar the advocate from practice.
