How to serve summons to the accused residing in middle east?
You need to pray the court for issuing body warrant of the accused, if he is an Indian and now residing in Middle East. If he is a citizen of Middle East, then an application has to be made for extradition of that person which goes to the level of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and in all probabilities it would not materialise.
