Procedure to obtain the 1st marriage certificate in order to file case

how to get my wife's first marriage certificate in ahmedabad of year 2010 , she cheated me thats why i want to file case and i need her first marriage cirtificate , so pls suggest me how i get that cirtificate and where in ahmedabad ?

First of all give the name of place where the marriage has been solemn The date of marriage is confirmed. then the concerned registrar has power to registered the marriage. You should follow the said detailed and then contect the registrar of marriage. If the number has been found then apply for the certified copy from there and if necessary to file affidavit for third party then go with affidavit so you can easily get it. Then also if you have trouble then give all the detailed to us we can help you

Dear for that only advocate have poewr to obtain certificate so for same with advocate name we have to give application at marriage registration office and after that pay fees for same over there and than after u will get marraige certificate copy
