How can a delhi client get an anticipatory bail in mathura u/s 406 IPC

There is no provision of anticipatory bail in Uttar pradesh, if you want to get anticipatory bail then you will have to apply for the same in Delhi itself. The same will be granted in your presence. Let me know if I can be of any help.

As the query mentioned by you. Is only section 406 IPC is framed against you or is there any other section being framed along with section 406IPC. Furthermore UP doesnt have a provisition of Anticipatory bail. If the FIR is lodged in UP then certainly the client needs to move to the High Court for quashing of an FIR or for an arrest stay. as there is no provision of anticipatory bail in U.P. u cannot get any anticipatory bail, better approach High Court Allahabad by filing a writ petition criminal seeking stay of arrest. Logically its even better than anticipatory bail.
