Procedure to get bail canceled and re investigate the case

17-Jun-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My wife's photographs were taken by my new landlord while doing household work to trap me in on a fight which we did not get into, instead made an FIR. Police came for search and no camera was found nor photos. I have proof that he has that particular camera now hiding. Police does not want to say anything. I have managed to get all papers from GR file certified. There i have sezurelist says not found with two witness. He got bailed was bailable after created lot of trouble even gave counter false case and also gave a civil injunction eviction case on my mother she is the tenant. Charge sheet is on hold still 3 weeks left. Can i use the certified court papers with seizurelist and proof a photo of him using his camera from his facebook and approach court to cancel his bail and reivestigate properly before submision of chargesheet ? How long will it take to process and come to action? What will then happen to him ?

Yes, you can approach the Court of Law but there are certain provisions under which a bail can be cancelled but it is very difficult to cancel a bail once it is granted but the option for reinvestigation of a case is opened provided you have certain and valid reasons to pray for the same.
