Procedure to file FIR for threat & assault having cctv evidence

I've been threatened by a girl, her sister and a male friend. I have cctv coverage in which the one of the girl and boy is trying to beat me. I have past WhatsApp message also. Shall I file FIR?

Yes definitely you should file FIR against these persons And if police will not co-operate to you then you should have to file the complaint in writting in the concern police Commissioner Office Definitely you have to take an action against them

you can file firon the bases of the said evidence or if they don't take your complaint you can file petition before competent court u/s 156(3) by taking direction from the Hon'ble Court to inquiry and also direction to police for investigation about the matter, but your evidence/proof should be powerful and should support your matter.
