Procedure to file a case against villagers harassing a doctor on duty

respected sir -- i am a govt medical officer working at a primary health center of kollegal tq ,i have been working since past 13 years in the same hospital ,many villagers are misusing my good polite nature to their benefit and are tormenting me a lot from past 5 years ,but i have tolerated all to my best ,like complaining false case orally to my immediate seniors , writing false complaints which had happened 5 years back which went for dept enquiry with no results for them as all proved bogus complaints ,and enquiry officials came to know that i was a hard working head quarter staying doctor ,all in all a bad village reputation ,recently i have made a decision to take these false complaint matter to the court of law so that no more harassment to innocent doctors occurs ,can the case be registered at fast track court ,what is the procedure involved ?
