My wife filed case against my brother under domestic violence act 2005 and IPC 504,506. Now what possible steps to cancel his name in employment exchange and matrimonial sites
From the facts that you have mentioned it is not clear as to what you really want to do as far as the names in employment exchange and matrimonial sites are concerned.
As far as the allegations made by the wife against your brother are concerned, your wife has every right to make them. You will have conduct the case by hiring a lawyer. There is no procedure to cancel the name as such.

Your question is not clear. Probably you want to ask the procedure to come out of criminal proceedings. You will have to go for FIR quashing in high court. you can contact me for further proceedings.
